Our support currently consists of, but is not limited to Learning Management System (LMS) troubleshooting, support, and training. Instructional Design (ID) troubleshooting, support, and course development, including multimedia. We provide these services through various means, email, walk-in, and phone calls. Additionally, we field computer support questions from students, student registration, and financial aid questions and specific assignment criteria questions from students. We also provide support and training in ancillary software, within the LMS and external and textbook pack support.

Although we provide support services to students, we see our primary customer to be faculty of Delta College. We believe that with quality support for faculty they will be better able to meet the needs of students specific to their course sites and assignment criteria.
