If you have an incomplete student in your courses, we can help. You will still submit the incomplete grade form on the Portal (link). When the change is made, on your classlist we can manually change a student’s role to incomplete in the eLearning course.
This is only done manually at the request of the instructor to ensure the instructor is fully aware of who has access to the course shell. This will allow student access to your course even when the course is closed for the rest of the class.
The instructor will need to alter the end dates of anything that needs to still be completed or the students will not have access to submit it. Then once the incomplete has been completed, let eLearning know so we can move the student’s role back to the student role.
