When creating an email you want to keep accessibility in mind. Some best practices are below.

  • Include ALT Text with all visuals and tables
  • Add text to hyperlinks. Example: Access eLearning’s website at www.elearning.delta.edu
  • Use font larger than size 11
  • Use sufficient contrast. Avoid reds with oranges, yellows with green
  • Use headings when possible
  • Use bulleted or numbered lists
